Job Description

Any graduate with 8 10-year experience in FMCG sales, Modern Trade experience will be preferred.

  • PREFERRED SKILLS FMCG Dairy
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products and territories.
  • Responsible for end-to-end O2C (Order to cash) process.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities for assigned products
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Hire, train motivate team members to achieve their individual targets
