Job Description
- Work on Matter Management tool- Legal Tracker(by Thomson Reuters) for creating matters, POs and reviewinginvoices.
- Creating matters and initiating PO approvals (forlaw firms) basis the approved RFP quotation shared by NokiaLegal counsels.
- Reviewing invoices (submitted by law firms)as it comes in, sending it back in case of errors and acknowledgingit if in order.
- Managing the PO invoice approvalprocess in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the invoices are timelypaid as per agreement before penalties become applicable.
-Keeping a track of all invoices when fully approved are forwarded toaccounting team for timely payment processing.
- Collaboratingand coordinating effectively with internal and external team membersto ensure timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Priorexperience developing playbooks and policies.
- Extremelyorganized to manage organizational content in Share Point sites,intranet sites, Teams folders and other digital locations asappropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to independently moveprojects forward by gaining the support needed from others whileworking in a cross-functional role.
- Proven track record ofcollaborating with groups (e.g., finance, operations, sales)
-Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbalskills to create effective high-quality communications connect with the intended audience.
- Able to thrive in afast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines.
-Able to partner closely and flexibly with the Head of NBS LC andthe Global Head Operations Strategy to manage currentoperations and adopt new systems and ways of working to optimizeefficiency, effectiveness.
Position Requirements
- Goodknowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Strongexperience in e-Billing and matter management
- Excellentcommand over the English language both verbal and written is a basicmust for this role.
- Good knowledge of Share Point and Teamstool know how
- Aptitude and eagerness to learn, experimentwith, adopt and promote new technologies.
- Ability toseamlessly excel in a multi-cultural environment across time zones.
-Willingness to learn and be sensitive to the dynamic nature of thebusiness and the stakeholder/ customer expectations.
- Abilityto work as an individual contributor and as part of a team. Abilityto take initiatives to drive for excellence, handle pressure andtight timelines.
Education Background
- Degree inBusiness /Finance with certifications/ experience in procurement/legal
- 2-4 years of experience with legal project operationsand management in-house or at a law firm (both preferred)
