Finance Manager - Lead

We are looking for a Finance Lead with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong expertise in AR/AP, GST/TDS, and finance operations.
Experience in leading a team of 4-5 people.
Qualifications: CA, CMA, or CA-inter.
Hands-on experience with ERP implementation (Zoho preferred) and dashboard management (SQL).
Ability to connect business objectives with financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance team and manage day-to-day operations.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audits.
Drive ERP implementation and manage financial dashboards.
