Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced SDR-II with at least 4 years of experience in generating and qualifying warm leads for the U.S. market, specifically within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology organisations and be proficient at navigating the sales cycle to ensure high-quality lead generation. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in cold-calling and tele-calling senior executives, with proven success in initiating conversations that lead to new business opportunities. Being a highly responsible position, you will be required periodically to work extended hours. This position will have a fixed salary and commission as an incentive. There is an excellent growth opportunity for candidates to prove themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and nurture warm leads in the U.S. technology market.
- Conduct cold calls and tele-call outreach to senior executives (C-suite, VPs, Directors) within
technology organizations, identifying their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Understand and articulate the needs and pain points of potential customers, aligning them with our
solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a continuous flow of
qualified leads.
- Research and identify technology companies and decision-makers to approach with our solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and contribute to the
overall sales strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an SDR or a similar role, preferably in the U.S. technology market.
- Proven experience in cold-calling and tele-calling senior executives to generate leads and initiate conversations at the executive level.
- Track record of qualifying and nurturing warm leads, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
- Strong knowledge of technology organisations and the challenges they face.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with
potential clients, especially at senior levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet lead-generation and call targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and qualify leads based on their potential.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
