Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interior design industry,excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping studios streamline their operations through innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound calls and email outreach to interior design studios and architectural firms to introduce our SaaS platform.
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their pain points and present how our solution can address their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring all activities and conversations are tracked accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their journey to adopting our platform.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions to help refine product features and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of the interior design business, including workflows and project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to use CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and pipeline effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred: Background as an architect or interior designer, or experience working closely with interior design professionals.
