Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Personal Executive Assistant completes clerical tasks for senior-level staff member.
- Their main duties include answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings etc.
- Personal Assistants may assist with purely business tasks such as scheduling, taking and preparing meetings.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging.
RequirementsQualification:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in assisting the officers, computer knowledge, MS office o r suitable officials retired from Govt./PSU
