Everest Engineering - Senior Product Designer (4-10 yrs)

About the Job :

- Work directly with founders, product owners to drive the product outcome and take ownership of the process end-to-end.

- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to iterate and validate product solutions by incorporating design processes, research and data insights.

- Lead the research, ideation and conceptualisation representing the user while balancing the business needs.

- Own and articulate design decisions and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders, verbally and visually.

- Advocate for an applied understanding of design sensibilities and design driven innovation across the aisle.

About you :

- You have 4+ years of experience as a product designer and a body of work to showcase it.

- You have experience building, prototyping and evolving digital products from ideation to implementation.

- You can communicate and articulate design decisions, processes and possible impacts within the realities of the product.

- You are comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders.

- You are ready to work within a highly collaborative and agile setup, structured for continuous discovery and iterated outcomes.

- You are naturally curious, a design enthusiast, ready to push boundaries & learn within a multi-disciplinary team
