Your Responsibilities:

• Design new processes for supplier billing, including logistical invoice verification, vendor invoice management from OpenText, and credit note procedures based on S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with departments to develop process improvement ideas, gather requirements, and ensure a common understanding.
• Customize and define cross-system processes, determine cross-system architecture, and coordinate the implementation of interfaces.
• Conceptualize and support interfaces, examining a variety of technologies such as IDOCs, BAPIs, and OData.
• Design the transfer of new solutions into operations, ensuring sustainability and viability.

Your Qualifications:

• 7-14 years of overall professional experience.
• Senior practical experience with SAP MM (PUR, IV) and VIM, along with consultancy experience.
• Senior hands-on experience in requirements analysis, process design, modeling, workshops, testing, and supporting business units.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax requirements.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.
• Agile mindset, self-initiative, team player, high analytical capability, and enthusiasm for SAP topics and current IT technologies.
• Degree in (business) informatics or equivalent education.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., ABAP).
• Familiarity with ArchiveLink, SAP archiving (ILM, SARA).
• Technological skills in SAP ALE, Fiori, Debugging, BAPI, workflow management, and S/4HANA.
• Experience with other modules like SD/FI.
• Experience with E-invoicing.
