Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant with a proven track record in managing and optimizing invoice management processes using OpenText VIM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM/FI integration, VIM configuration, and end-to-end process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement OpenText VIM solutions to streamline invoice management.

- Customize VIM workflows to meet business requirements.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure seamless integration between OpenText VIM and SAP modules such as MM, FI, and AP.

- Develop and test custom enhancements or extensions.

- Analyze current invoice processing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

- Implement best practices to optimize accounts payable processes.

- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users.

- Handle and resolve VIM-related incidents, root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.

- Perform system upgrades and patches as required.

- Prepare detailed technical documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in OpenText VIM configuration and workflows.

- Proficiency in SAP MM, FI, and AP modules.

- Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP debugging (preferred).

- Knowledge of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools and their integration with VIM.

- In-depth understanding of accounts payable processes.

- Familiarity with invoice processing automation and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. SAP certification in VIM or relevant modules is a plus.
