Job Title: Customer Acquisition Specialist
- Location: Hyderabad Office (Hybrid after 3 months based on performance)
- Experience Required: 3-5 years in SaaS sales (preferably with products like Dynamics 365 CRM)
Job Overview:
- We are looking for a motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to generate engagement with new customers and strategic partners in Canada and/or UK.
- Based in our Hyderabad office, this role has the potential to transition to a hybrid model after three months, subject to performance.
- In this position, youll focus on setting high-value meetings primarily for Sales Heads and Senior Management.
- You will maintain an active calling strategy, using the provided tools to prioritize outreach over email campaigns, and youll be responsible for identifying the relevant contacts within target organizations.
- Additionally, youll coordinate with technical teams to schedule product demos and other technical presentations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone outreach to secure meetings for Sales Heads and Senior Management with prospects and strategic partners across Canada and/or UK.
- Identify key decision-makers and relevant audiences within target companies to maximize engagement success.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing efforts, focusing on high-priority contacts and aligning meeting objectives with business goals.
- Work closely with technical teams to coordinate product demos and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain an updated CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting, contributing to an organized pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target strategy, staying informed on product updates and industry trends.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings set and leads qualified.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with products like Dynamics 365 CRM or similar.
- Proven track record in outbound phone sales, prospecting, and setting appointments with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with decision-makers.
- Ability to coordinate across teams, especially with technical departments, to arrange product demos.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with experience identifying and segmenting relevant audiences within target companies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and calling/sales automation platforms.
Working Conditions:
- Requires full-time presence in the Hyderabad office for the first three months.
- Based on performance, the role may transition to a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
