Job Description :
Osmosys Software Solutions (www.osmosys.co) is looking for an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Manager to help us in promoting the company Services and maximize the sales performance for the respective territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Finding potential customers.
- Reaching out through Cold Calling, Emails, Social Media (LinkedIn)
- Create a proper sales channel, sales funnel.
- Create suitable quotes, follow-ups and Negotiations as required.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales Opportunities.
- Converting the potential customer to the sale.
- Creating new business from the existing customers.
- Creating Monthly reports.
- Building trust and rapport with clients by providing them regular updates for the ongoing orders and by timely delivery of services.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Having a track of the Market Updates.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills Set :
- Effective communication skills.
- Must have excellent understanding of IT/CRM services.
- Convincing Capabilities according to the requirement of client.
- Should have passion for inside Sales and who can think out-of-the-box.
- Should know Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook for management reporting.
- Timely follow-ups and follow through.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience: 0~1 Years
