Daily invoice postings in ERPs: obtain approvals, issues resolution, coding of invoices using AP Advantage analysis and reporting.

Prepare & execute payments.

T&E Management (Concur) Related GL Accounts reconciliation including payments & receipts.

Vendor support and queries reconciliation, including statement reconciliations.

Responsible for generating and reviewing AP aging to ensure subledger is clean.

Manage AP audits, either internal, external or SOX reviews & treasury point.

Month End closing tasks: Intercompany reconciliation, AP accounts reconciliation, accruals & aging analysis.

Manage GRNI and Goods in Transit.

Support AP audits, either internal, external or SOX reviews.

Monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliations.

Active participation in initiatives/projects relating to the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness.

Assist in ad hoc AP projects as required.

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the companys discretion.

FX revaluation entries and other treasury related entries when required.

Process daily bank transactions into the ERP for all entities.
