- Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience in operational management and process improvement
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance practices
