Senior Kinaxis Analyst - SCM Solutions (7-12 yrs)

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team :

- Strong understanding of Supply planning, demand planning and order fulfillment processes

- Should have experience in configuring supply planning, Demand Planning and order fulfillment modules

- Experience in Authoring Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation for enhancements requested

- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, bug fixing & application upgrades in Kinaxis application

- Must have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with Oracle ERP and edge applications

- Willingness to work in 24X5 shifts. Monitor scheduled tasks, inbound and outbound interfaces

- Handle all assigned cases within specified SLA response times

- Require Authoring Level 1 Certification

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective support and resolution of issue

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

- Experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management will be a plus

- Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset

- Proactive and results-oriented, process-oriented.

- Able to set priorities on a continuous basis

- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties

- Degree in Information Sciences, Supply chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes

- Fluent English
