Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Reports To: HR Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Management:
• Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
• Implement and maintain attendance tracking systems.
• Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies.

• Payroll Processing:
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

• Leave Management:
• Process leave requests and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with leave policies and local labor laws.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding leave entitlements.

• Employee Support:
• Manage Employee VISA applications, work permits, and renewals.
• Handle flight bookings and accommodation arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.

• General HR Support:
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR functions, particularly in attendance and leave management.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling international employee relocation.
• Knowledge of visa processing and work permit regulations in Dubai.
