Business Development Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and forge strong relationships within the Interior Architecture vertical. This role is ideal for an individual with a deep understanding of the soft furnishings market and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Industry Focus: Architects, Interior Designers, Institutes and Hospitals

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the Interior Architecture sector. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand Oro Decors market share.
2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Conduct engaging presentations and provide bespoke recommendations that align with each clients unique needs and project goals.
3. Product Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of Oro Decors product offerings, including features and customization options. Stay abreast of industry trends to provide expert advice and ensure our solutions are always ahead of the curve.
4. Sales Performance & Reporting: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights to management. Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies effectively.
5. Collaborative Coordination: Partner with marketing to design compelling promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with the development team to offer valuable product feedback and suggest enhancements. Work closely with customer service and logistics to ensure a seamless order fulfilment process.
6. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction. Track market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years total work experience, with at least 3 year in a relevant industry. Skills: Strong networking, relationship-building, and sales abilities.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the soft furnishings market.
• Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
• Flexibility: Available for weekend work as needed.
