Job Description for Head - Corporate Financial Analysis & Reporting

Responsibility and Mandate:

- Responsible for accurate recording of all transactions - material, expenditure and the generation of monthly/periodic P&L and BS under INDAS & IFRS (standalone & CONSOL)

- Monthly PL & BS to be prepared by 3rd working day using automated processes

- Handling and closing Audits with Big 4s

- Stock valuation, reconciliation and disposal/ write-off accounting.

- Responsible for conducting PSV of Assets and Inventory during year end closing

- Booking of expenses under appropriate heads including accurately ascertaining advertising and other liabilities

- FICO Resource.

- Receivables Monitoring.

- Good Cross-functional collaboration for Closing and Audit

Main Tasks and/or Projects:

- Financial Accounting & reporting for MTR Corporate both for Indian Accounts as well as reporting to Orkla in current HFM/Tagtetik package on time.

- Finance Dashboard by 10th of every month.

- Contribution Margin Analysis in SAP by 5th of every month.

- Oversee the functioning of the Sales Accounting Team wrt Timely Processing of Credit Notes for Sales Related Schemes, returns, others, Timely Processing of S&D Expenditure related Bills and Ensuring requisite level of controls exist in the above activities

- Periodic Monitoring of Receivables to identify and anticipate sticky accounts and take appropriate action.

Education & Experience:

- CA with 8+ yrs of experience in a manufacturing organization(FMCG/Pharma+)

- INDAS/IFRS skills

- Must have overall experience in a manufacturing company

- Working in an FMCG Company

- Working in an MNC Company

- Active involvement in Closing and Finalisation of Accounts

Competence/Skills:

- Hands on working in an ERP environment

- SAP functional knowledge in FICO

- FI Core Team Member experience

- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/Tagetik Reporting experience

- Good Collaborative Skills

- Analytical Skills
