Two Brothers - Head - Shared Services (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable (AP):

- Oversee timely processing of vendor payments and expense reimbursements.

- Develop strategies to optimize payment cycles while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

- Ensuring proper provisioning booking and timely book close

- Provide Audit support for concluding the yearly audits

2. Accounts Receivable (AR):

- Manage invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.

- Optimize collection cycles and maintain low levels of outstanding receivables.

- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure compliance with payment terms.

- Driving AR automation projects like order level recon and connect with business team to drive the collections

3. Fixed Assets (FA):

- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers in compliance with accounting standards.

- Monitor capital expenditure budgets and align them with organizational goals.

- Conduct periodic asset verification and ensure proper tagging and tracking.

4. Strategic Initiatives:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.

- Support audits by ensuring the availability of all necessary documentation.

- Use financial data and analytics to recommend improvements in cost management and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in finance, with a focus on AP, AR, and FA management.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
