Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the sales pipeline, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
• Process sales orders with precision and ensure accurate data entry.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align sales strategies and support business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
