Position Summary
The role of the Asst. Manager (Supply Chain and Cust Service) is central, as it focuses on all Customer Related functions such as Inquiry Handling, Timely Sales Order management, in-time delivery and maintenance of records through the ERP system i.e. SAP HANA. In this role, the individual needs to prioritise all actions and complaints of the customer on pending deliveries, quotations, and rejections while periodically taking feedback from internal and external team members.
