Job Summary

• Maintenance and Development in Instrumentation in Section assigned.
• Shadowing with other section Incharge

Key Accountabilities

• Planning preventive maintenance schedule at micro level in respective areas, execute for reliability, minimize breakdowns and ensure maximum availability of equipment. Update maintenance records
• Maintain spares (General, Critical) etc. Cost reduction.
• Execute development jobs assigned and maintain manuals, drawings, documentation.
• Ensure safe working practises and develop artisans by on job training.

Technical Skills:

1 Knowledge in PLC / SCADA programming and designing

2 Maintenance of Instrumentation systems in Cement plant

3 Hydraulic and pneumatic

systems

Education Qualification: B.E/B.tech
