Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with reliable Supari suppliers, farmers, and traders to ensure consistent procurement.

• Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and payment terms to optimize costs while maintaining premium quality.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal fluctuations, and demand-supply dynamics to make informed purchasing decisions.

• Ensure compliance with quality control standards, storage guidelines, and industry regulations.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain an optimal supply chain.
• Conduct vendor assessments and maintain a supplier database for efficient procurement operations.

• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline procurement, transportation, and storage.

• Track purchase orders, invoices, and payments to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Regularly visit sourcing locations, markets, and vendors to evaluate product quality and supplier reliability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Supari procurement, trading, or supply chain management.
• Strong network and connections with Supari suppliers, traders, and manufacturers.
• In-depth knowledge of Supari grades, quality parameters, and market pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
