Coordinate research operations for syndicated and proprietary studies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to project management, data checking/cleaning of samples.
Oversee internal and external vendor activities including data collection, data processing and web reporting tools.
Manage day-to-day project updates and feedback, ensuring timely response and insights.
Coordinating and conducting project kick-off meetings with clients across the globe, spanning various time zones.
Devising effective strategies to mitigate potential risks and enhance overall productivity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task when working towards deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively set up new projects within our proprietary project management system and ensure that client requirements are being met. Ability to identify problems with the project during field time and timely reach out to the client to adjust.
Communicate with clients, the project team, and interdisciplinary teams within the company as needed to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the projects. Track projects in an organized fashion and communicate with clients to reconcile final completes and prepare for invoicing.
Perform post-project analyses and provide survey feedback to clients accordingly.
Manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects, allocating resources effectively to meet project goals.
Monitor and respond to clients emails, phone calls, and other communications while working on various tasks.
Provide support to team members by assisting with tasks or offering guidance on prioritization.

Responsible for directing and controlling the overall execution of the research project from launch through customer delivery to meet the established targets for scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
Define the scope of the project/opportunity and document project requirements.
Determine resource requirements and coordinate with internal departments and/or external suppliers to establish the project schedule, assignments, and budget.
Monitor and govern the activities throughout the project design process. Direct the processes through project data collection, analysis, and delivery.
Assess project viability when changes introduce risks to scope, quality, schedule, or cost targets.
Develop corrective action plans to manage risks and drive stakeholder agreement on project changes and/or countermeasures required.
