The Sr. Service Manager (or Customer support) is accountable to drive the overall performance of the Service Department.
Leadership/Supervisory Role: The first and most prominent role of the Manager Service is to provide leadership and direction to the entire Service department
In this capacity, He also plays a mentorship role to key customer support personnel
Strategy: He plays the lead role in strategy formulation for the customer support department.
Relationships: He is also in charge of managing both internal and external relationships on behalf of the Service Department.

Required Qualification:
Education and Experience: The Service Engineer must have a Dip / Engineering in Electronics / ECE / Instrumentation with at least 12+ years of experience customer support. The incumbent should be working in a senior role in Customer Service in Analytical / Scientific / Laboratory instruments industry.
