ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Officer:

• Qualified Safety Officer with experience supervising execution works with 1-4 years experience
• Preferably having handled safety aspect of building site works
• Following company processes & taking up responsibility at site
• Meticulous, punctual, sincere, Presentable, well groomed, well mannered,
• Excellent spoken and written English communication

Tasks & Skillsets for the role:

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing processes & policies that reduce the risk of accidents, injuries, and other safety issues among construction workers and customers.
• Creating safety plans, procedures, and strategies to protect people and property
• Regularly inspecting the worksite for potential hazards
• Investigating accidents and injuries to determine the cause and prevent similar incidents
• Imparting safety training to labor & contractors of tenants
• Providing regular safety training sessions to ensure employees are aware of safety protocols
• Communicating safety policies and procedures to employees, management, and supervisors
• Promoting safe work Staying up to date on safety regulations, trends, and best practices
• Skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures,
• Experience writing reports and policies
• Excellent communication skills, Organizational skills, and Attention to detail.
• Certification in fire safety / health & safety management

Note - Must be able to travel PAN INDIA for interior fit out projects.
