Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier qualification strategy for low-cost regions

• Lead PCBA qualification projects, ensuring suppliers meet our technical and quality standards
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align supplier capabilities with company requirements
  
  
• Manage project timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent supplier qualification projects
  
  
• Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and strategic partnerships
  
  

Eligibility Criteria Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred
  
  
• 4+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong background in PCBA qualification and familiarity with IPC standards
  
  
• Experience working in or with low-cost regions and understanding of associated challenges and opportunities
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
