Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled SAS DataFlux Manager with 4+ years of experience to manage and optimize data quality and integration processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAS DataFlux Data Management Studio and experience with tools such as Power BI, Redshift, Data Warehousing, and Alteryx. This role demands a data-savvy professional who can efficiently manage and transform data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and readiness for business intelligence applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement data quality workflows using SAS DataFlux Data Management Studio.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure high data quality standards.

- Develop and maintain business rules for data governance and validation.

- Data Warehousing and Integration :

a. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design scalable data warehousing solutions.

b. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Redshift or other database systems.

c. Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

- Business Intelligence (BI) :

a. Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

b. Integrate Power BI with data sources for real-time or scheduled reporting.

c. Collaborate with business users to identify key metrics and KPIs.

- Alteryx Workflow Development :

a. Create and manage workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis using Alteryx.

b. Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency.

- Collaboration and Documentation :

a. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

b. Document all processes, workflows, and data transformation rules to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

c. Provide support and training to team members on data tools and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- SAS DataFlux Data Management Studio : Hands-on experience with creating data quality and integration workflows.

- Power BI : Proficiency in creating dashboards, data visualizations, and reports.

- Redshift : Experience with data warehousing solutions and database performance optimization.

- Data Warehousing : Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and ETL processes.

- Alteryx : Expertise in designing and automating workflows for data preparation and transformation.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or SQL for data manipulation.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
