Position : Bloomreach CRM/CDP Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and optimize Bloomreach CDP to drive customer segmentation and personalized marketing campaigns.

- Work with IBM, Adobe, and Salesforce Marketing Clouds to develop multi-channel marketing strategies and workflows.

- Manage and unify customer data for effective targeting and campaign personalization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms and data systems.

- Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience with Bloomreach CRM/CDP or similar platforms.

-Proven expertise with IBM Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of customer data management, segmentation, and marketing automation.

- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices.
