Social Media Strategist (Content & Campaign)

Role & responsibilities : ● Manage and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). ● Create engaging graphics, posts, and stories using tools like Canva and Photoshop to align with the brand's messaging. ● Develop a content calendar and ensure timely publication across all platforms. ● Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive campaigns and expand the brand's reach. ● Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the creation of diverse content (videos, infographics, blog posts) in coordination with internal/external teams. ● Monitor trends and competitors and develop content ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging. ● Analyse performance metrics and generate regular reports to optimise social media strategy. ● Respond to social media queries and engage with followers to build a positive community around the brand. ● Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure content visibility. Qualifications and Skills: ● Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields. ● Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. ● Technical Skills: ○ Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva and Photoshop. ○ Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). ○ Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics). ● Soft Skills: ○ Creative and innovative thinker with an eye for design and detail. ○ Strong written and verbal communication skills. ○ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. ○ Ability to collaborate with influencers and external content creator
