Role Purpose:
- As a contract manager, you will effectively manage relationships with assigned Global System Integrators (GSIs) for contract-related matters, with a motto: put our strategic IT outsourcing contracts under control and optimize their value.
- This includes negotiating/analyzing contracts and pricing terms in collaboration with buyers, managing contract changes and amendments, monitoring performance and compliance with contractual obligations, resolving any contract-related disputes, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key success criteria:
- Constant liaison with CTIO operational teams to make their life easier with contract lifecycle.
- Smooth collaboration with the Sourcing & Legal departments to align procurement strategy with CTIO business and transformation objectives.
- 360- view of our partnership with GSIs to increase our ability to challenge them.
- Control of security and compliance aspects.
- Governance & relationship management : Managing relationships with GSIs, establishing a proper governance, and serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.
- Providing regular reports and updates on GSIs performance, contract status, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders within the CTIO department and the organization as a whole.
- Operational management : collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that GSIs meet project requirements and deliver value. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of GSIs, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conducting regular performance reviews and assessments of GSIs to evaluate their adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards. Managing vendor-related risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Anticipating emerging security threats and regulatory changes in order to implement appropriate policies and procedures with internal stakeholders and GSIs. Identifying opportunities to optimize cost and contract value through continuous improvement and innovation.
- Sourcing strategy influence : Contributing to evaluation and selection of GSIs based on their capabilities, expertise, and alignment with CTIO strategy. Negotiating with GSIs, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet the organization's needs.
About you:
- Knowledge and abilities : Knowledge of Security and Regulatory constraints , Knowledge of Agile/DevOps/SAFe methodologies.
- Education and certifications : Graduate + Post Graduate in business , technology, or science. Fluent in English; a command of French is an advantage.
- Project Management / ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Experience : Work experience in the IT industry + Proven experience in contract management preferably with GSIs.
- Soft Skills : Business acumen and negotiation , Results-oriented, action-oriented, Communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical and problem-solving , Ability to evolve in complex environments.
- Functional Skills : Budget creation and management , Managing Procure Contracts, Project mgmt technques & Technology awareness.
