• Major Critical Incident Management
• Participating in Build Projects
• Supporting Run Projects
• Change Operational Chaneg Management
• Coordinating with OEM \\ Vendor \\ Third Party and working on reslution of issues
• ensuring Service Delivery as Per agreed SLA
• Initiatives taking on Learning New Technology \\ Certifications to meet oraganisation Goals .
• Participating in preparing and sharing required reports to customer
• Participating in mataining KEDB

• Handson Experiance on Routing Switching wirelss Solutions Such Aruba ,Cisco , Juniper ...etc.
• Good Experiance on Juniper MIST , SDWAN Technology
• Good understanding and Hands on Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
• Good Understanding and Hands on Switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLANs, VPC,link aggregation ..etc
• Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets.
• Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project
• Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA s, documentation, Knowledge Bank
• experience in handling of Project Implementation
• Knowledge on NMS troubleshooting tools (PRIME/SOLARWINDS/DNAC etc.)
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
