Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Ninja with 1-2 years of experience who has end-to-end knowledge of marketing processes and strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand management, especially within the BPO/Outsourcing industry. This role requires someone who is self-managed, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. You will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and driving engagement and brand awareness.

In addition, you will be liaising closely with the Sales team for lead generation and with Management for accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company goals, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various platforms (e.g., blogs, social media, email newsletters, website) to engage our target audience and position our brand effectively.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the companys social media presence, specifically on LinkedIn, by creating engaging and professional content, responding to inquiries promptly, and tracking performance metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Lead Generation: Utilise inbound and outbound marketing techniques to generate and nurture leads for the business.
• SEO & SEM: Assist in the development and optimisation of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and website traffic.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilising data to make informed decisions and optimise results.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and lead-nurturing sequences.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, strengthening brand presence in the BPO market.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with sales and operations teams to support integrated marketing efforts and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities within the BPO industry to shape marketing strategy.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the BPO/Outsourcing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC).
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with BPO industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
