Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Jayanagar 3rd Block

Department: Sales/Customer Support

Job Overview:

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining customer relationships. Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Present products/services and address customer queries.

- Meet sales or customer satisfaction targets.

- Update customer details in the CRM.

- Follow up on leads and close sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
