- Making calls to given data by company

- Identifies staffing needs

- Explaining company services and details

- Screen incoming resumes and application forms

- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

- Screens and interviews candidates

- Presents a shortlist of candidates to management

- Maintaining daily call records

- Submitting daily reports
