Job Description
- Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art AI models that meet the highest quality standards.

- Identify new opportunities through GTM demos.

- Stay at the cutting edge of GenAI, LLM, and AI agent advancements, contributing to Oracle s leadership forums.
- Publish findings, present customer demos, and mentor junior team members on best practices for generative AI and LLM development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years relevant experience. Strong experience in AI/ML, with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, or AI agent development.
- Serve as a key technical expert in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI and LLM application
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries
- Architect and implement AI agents that automate complex workflows
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs for domain specific use cases, such as automated documentation, question answering, and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures
- Align GenAI and LLM initiatives with business objectives and customer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
