Cloud infrastructure support, automation and performance optimization.

Having technical knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking is essential to ensure effective infrastructure management and troubleshooting.

The individual will contribute to the following activities as part of OCI Development Support Team:
Operating Systems and Networking - Ensure seamless performance and connectivity by managing OS level administration, troubleshooting networking issues, security policies and optimizing system performance.


Automation of Cloud Operations - Developing and deploying scripts (using Ansible, Python, Terraform) to automate routine tasks such as infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, backups, and patching.


Monitoring and Incident Management - Identifying, analyzing, and resolving cloud infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.

Feasibility study of new projects, security governance, and implementation
Handson various cloud services like compute, storage, network, load balancer, Analytics, database etc.


Automation of tasks using Python, Shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform
Working on cloud network security for rules compliance and its auditing
Support day to day operations for production environments
Improvisation in operations and optimization of resources
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues in cloud
Responsible for support documentation
Work with business teams to fulfill their requirements
