Job Description

As a member of Oracle GBFs Compensation organization, you will drive key cross functional business practices.
  • SPOC :be the single point of contact for all comp plan queries from sales reps/ managers. You will be the Go toâ" person for sales team on their compensation queries :â"whenâ" , â"howâ" and â"how muchâ"
  • Understand the process and be in a position to suggest â"way forwardâ" on compensation queries
  • Collaborate with LOB finance business partner on any questions on quantum of â"quotaâ"
  • Provide financial support for planning and control with regard to compensation
  • Coordinate quota setting for region and drive Plan acceptance
  • Verify Commission forecast and actual tracking
  • Track any exception requests CERT/others thru the year;
  • Participate in cross functional programs and projects

    Responsibilities 
  • Serve as finance business partner to Sales Management team
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to optimize the process of addressing queries from sales team;
  • Ability to listen and understand queries in detail and address them as per applicable process/ policy
  • Communication skills ; written and verbal are critical
  • Solution oriented approach :Understand the process and be in a position to suggest â"way forwardâ" on compensation queries
  • Collaborative and team player :Collaborate with LOB finance business partner on any questions on quantum of â"quotaâ"
  • Active participation in global projects and drive process change across JAPAC
  • Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
