Job Description

Looking for CX Consultant with strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
Understanding of Quote to Cash process, Order Management features and how SMC fits into the overall solution.
Knowledge of Order Management, Pricing and Product management and Install Base.
Understanding of various integration points between SMC with upstream and downstream systems
Configure SMC as per customer business requirements
Knowledge of other Oracle CX products/modules is an added advantage.
As part of the job responsibility, you will be providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Subscription Management implementations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements and break-fixes.
  • As part of the job you will interface with the customers IT staff and business users on a regular basis.
  • You will be responsible for resolution of issues reported by customers with in the agreed SLAs.
  • Work on enhancement requests and break fixes.
  • Perform impact assessment and regression testing as part of quarterly upgrades.
