Senior Application Developer - ETL

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in creating integration design documents, development, deployment processes, and support activities. Proficient in SOA technology, including product installation and configuration.
• Expertise in SOA Adapters, SOAP & REST web services, FTP/SFTP, XML/XSD, JMS, and IBM MQ.
• Skilled in implementing message validation, transformation, enhancement, routing, and error handling using XQuery, XSLT, XPath, Service Callout, Java Callout, and other relevant tools.
• Capable of collaborating with various teams and vendors to understand and implement necessary integration points.
• Experienced in creating technical design and architecture documents, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements, and guiding them through review cycles until finalized.
• Proficient in developing integration scripts at the application, database, and web levels using various programming languages, and managing them with version control.
• Active participant in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging, with a collaborative approach to resolving incidents proactively and effectively with the support team.
• Knowledgeable in Oracle RDBMS, with the ability to write and manage PL/SQL scripts.
