Job Description
The Subject matter expert is expected to do the following
- Identifying customer business needs and technology readiness - typically non-functional in nature like sizing, load distribution, architecture patterns that suit the problem at hand
- Collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions that address client needs
- Using exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements
- Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Articulating the business value of proposed solutions
- Contributing towards guides and standards for both internal and external consumption
- Engage with analysts on architecture benefits
- Contributing to the development of solutions in collaboration with partners and services
Two extremely important aspects of the job are a deep understanding of Microservices architecture, domain driven design, devops and CI/CD processes and tools. Secondly the candidate must have atleast 4 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying B2B SaaS solutions at scale.
