Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Salesforce CRM migration program, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience managing CRM migration or Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, PMP certification is a plus).
