We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with expertise and passion in building teams, coaching individuals, and solving complex problems and providing resilient, enterprise-scale services.

In this role you will find yourself leading and managing a global development team spread across India, USA and Mexico towards building market leading product that enables Supply, Demand Collaboration and Vendor Managed Inventory product. This offers opportunities to work across functional areas in procurement, supply chain planning, order management and various other Supply Chain planning functions.

You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and strategy to the team. You will establish and develop the team to meet and execute the strategy, and will contribute to the success of your team and other related teams. We expect you to deliver large-scale projects on time with high quality.
