Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Consultant

• BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance/Operations preferred.
• The candidate must have experience in at least 3 full project lifecycles of Finance modules as a developer.
• Develop customizations in Oracle PaaS with PL-SQL coding and interfacing to Oracle SaaS.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Asset, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and WebLogic Server.
• Experience with Cloud Integration (Oracle to Third-Party and Cloud-to-Cloud) and data migration.
• Shift hours will be based on business requirements. The job may require the flexibility to work beyond standard business hours, to include weekends and holidays, as required. Base shift hours may change over time.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with functional teams for issues requiring development or code-fix.
• Provide guidance on best practices and effective use of Oracle Fusion Application features.
• Evaluate and document change requests or enhancements.
• Conduct system testing for patches, upgrades, or configuration changes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and assisting end-users.
• Monitor integrations between Oracle Fusion Projects and other modules.
• Liaise with Oracle Support for unresolved issues or service requests.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect system changes or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and usage to identify improvement opportunities.
• Validate functionality after system upgrades or patches.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements or automation.
• Stay updated on new Oracle Fusion features and recommend their adoption if beneficial.
