Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst

• BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance/Operations preferred.
• Should have two or more project implementation experience on Cloud ERP Expertise in web services:
• Developing and consuming REST and SOAP based services Consuming Oracle Cloud Services including ERPIntegrationService, ExternalReportService, HCMDataLoader, GenericSoapPort, and other common Cloud services Web service security.
• Should know about Oracle SaaS Security including privileges, roles, and data access.
• Should know best practices of migrating PaaS Solution including DBCS PLSQL/SQL codes, ICS Integrations, SOA Composite deployments, and others Knowledge on ADF, OAF, MAF and Oracle EBS on-premises will be an added advantage.
• Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS and APEX
• Should have strong experience in building integrations through REST, SOAP web services and use of FBDI and HDL.
• Should be familiar with frequently used Integration Patterns in Cloud
• Shift hours will be based on business requirements. The job may require the flexibility to work beyond standard business hours, to include weekends and holidays, as required. Base shift hours may change over time.

• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with functional teams for issues requiring development or code-fix.
• Provide guidance on best practices and effective use of Oracle Fusion Application features.
• Evaluate and document change requests or enhancements.
• Conduct system testing for patches, upgrades, or configuration changes.
• Co-ordinate with other application owner/stakeholders for integration changes and improvement
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and assisting end-users.
• Monitor integrations between Oracle Fusion and other modules.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect system changes or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and usage to identify improvement opportunities.
• Validate functionality after system upgrades or patches.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements or automation.
