Job Description

Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) Organization is responsible for implementing, developing and supporting the applications that allow Oracle to run its business. Within OAL, our group utilizes the latest Oracle cloud technologies to develop the integration and data migration solutions associated with the roll-out of new products and business processes, and the integration of companies acquired through our Mergers & Acquisition program. By utilizing the latest technologies in the cloud domain, we are involved in large scale data migrations into Oracle s latest generation of SaaS applications.

As a member of OAL Data Migration team, you will collaborate closely with global business teams to gather requirements and independently design robust migration solutions.

Your responsibilities will include developing system integration components within Oracle Cloud and optimizing complex database code to enhance performance during migration activities. The role encompasses working on challenging, multifaceted projects that span the entire development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, and implementation.

You will contribute to developing innovative applications that enhance the speed, quality, and efficiency of data migrations, leveraging the latest Cloud-native OCI technologies and Oracle s autonomous database platform. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing data migrations as part of new system implementations or corporate acquisitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from a reputed university, with a proven academic records.
Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with a strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.
Experience working with Oracle SaaS applications (CX, ERP, EPM, SCM and HCM) is preferred. Especially integration experience using bulk loaders (FDBI, File Import) and API s (REST and SOAP)
Familiarity with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, DML, and APEX, is advantageous.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components and JavaScript is advantageous.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams at various levels to gather functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
