- Associate would take on critical responsibilities such as leading IRC calls, support On call, mentoring junior team members, conducting comprehensive code reviews, and driving operational initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and service deliveryThe candidate should be open to support our clients over On call if required
- You will be responsible to effectively use and navigate development process and code repositories
- You will be responsible to apply basic code and testing changes and fixes to resolve issues
- You will be responsible to develop and execute work plans and test plans
- esign, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc
Participate in Code Reviews.
Create/Modify Test Plan.
Create/Modify work Plan.
Investigate and resolve client issues.
