Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) Functional Consultant to join Oracle GSC BU. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financials, FAH configurations, and accounting transformation processes, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or EBS. The role involves working with global clients, driving business process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions for global customers.
• Work closely with finance and IT teams to gather business requirements and map them to Oracle FAH functionalities.
• Configure FAH Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Integrate FAH with Oracle General Ledger (GL), Subledger Modules (AP, AR, CM, FA, PA), and external systems.
• Conduct business process analysis and provide best practice recommendations for financial data transformation and accounting automation.
• Lead FAH implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution during project lifecycles.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and review data mapping, interfaces, and custom solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and work with developers on customizations and integrations.
• Support Oracle Cloud Financials and FAH deployments by implementing robust accounting rules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-15 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with a focus on Oracle FAH (EBS or Cloud).
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, multi-GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience in configuring FAH, SLA, and accounting transformation rules.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PA, etc.).
• Experience in data integration, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to work with SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with BI tools, OTBI, and FRS is a plus.
• Experience in FAH integration with third-party applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (FAH, Financials) are preferred but not mandatory.
