Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.A

s a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems.

Provide technical leadership to other software developers.

Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise.

May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

The Oracle Cloud Cost Management team is responsible for building infrastructure required to calculate cost and usage for our external and internal customers.

Ideal Candidate Traits

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physical/Analytical Sciences

Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Possess the aptitude to be a good team player and the willingness to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed

Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment !

Methodical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for Hands-on experience working with cloud technologies (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and Java

Hands on experience working with Unix/Linux

MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering
