To support key strategic Oracle customers, we are seeking a lead principal consultant. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years experience in the field of implementations of Fusion Middleware products of which minimum 5+ years should be on cloud platforms. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills across the layers of cloud in Middleware application, Database, Network, Storage, Compute, Boundary Systems and should be extremely proficient in various layers of the Cloud platform as an Architect.

This role demands a very active and close collaboration with Customer technical / executive leadership, Oracle development teams & internal executive leadership. The candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills. The role will demand frequent complex discussions. The candidate should be able to present & articulate his / her thoughts with clarity and precision. The candidate should have strong decision making skills and will often need to bring the complex discussions to closure supported by right arguments and facts.

The candidate must be extremely organized, self-motivated and a go getter. For key strategic customers, a lot of requirements run in parallel. Candidate should be able to quickly prioritize and set the right expectations.

• Design and develop solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to solve complex customer problems.
• Influence the design, capacity planning, tuning and the actual build out and operation of customer solutions leveraging Oracle technologies such as Middleware and Exadata DB instances on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure across various layers of Compute, Storage, Network & Tenancy.
• Interact with customers at executive and architect level for any priority situations and react/respond timely manner.
• Leverage Oracle Cloud Observability and Management technology to create Cloud monitoring solution for our customers, providing insights and building of dashboards.
• Play a key role in the design of HA/DR solutions around OCI cloud service.
• Effectively communicate deep technical solutions with customer executives and internal stake holders.
• Get involved in Performance, Scalability and Reliability Analysis and database query tuning
• Work with architects and development managers across Oracle product development teams in requirements specification definition and detailed engineering analysis from data requirements perspective.
• Create and improve current service deployment infrastructure using automation and the latest cloud capabilities to improve agility, reliability, and observability.

Must Have Skills -

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, engineering, maths or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years in Architecting solutions for large enterprise systems in cloud.
• Strong executive communication, presentation skills.
• Good to have working experience in wide range of products (Oracle/Others) and technologies, including SAAS products (ERP, WMS, HCM, and others), PAAS, Oracle Fusion Middleware products, Weblogic & Database products.
• Hands on Implementation of fusion middleware products on cloud and on-prim platforms - Either or few of SOA, OSB, ODI, MFT, OIC, IDAM, WebCenter, OAC on any cloud platform (Preferably on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or on-prim
• Should have some expertise in functional experience in MW products, example SOA Developer, IDM Develop, OSB Developer
• Strong decision making, convincing skills to bring down the complex discussions to closure supported by right arguments and facts.
• Influence the design, capacity planning tuning and the actual build out and operation of customer solutions leveraging Oracle technologies such as WebLogic Mid-Tiers and DB instances on Oracle Cloud infrastructure or on-prim.
• A solid understanding of database / RAC / Exadata / Storage/ backup & recovery.
• Knowledge and experience in using cloud deployment tools like Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience working on complex software development/integration projects
• Experience in Devops tools. Exposure to Unix/Linux Shell, Perl, Ansible and Python scripting.
• Candidate should have a deep understanding of integrations between SaaS and PaaS platforms, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to API calls. They will be responsible for identifying and diagnosing partner integration challenges, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance between systems.

Nice to Have Skills -

• Understanding of AI and Machine learning will be an added advantage.
• Software development experience is highly desirable.
