FMW Architect

Oracle Customer Success Services is a One Oracle approach to ensuring customer success, through a broad set of services and solutions that are supported by certified and experienced implementers, helping to accelerate the entire customer journey. Customer Success Services provides a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Development. As a sophisticated database support engineer of customer success service organization, you will be responsible to deliver support and services on database, engineered systems and cloud technologies to our premium customers. The support and services covers the entire life cycle of the product starting from architecture design, implementation, optimization, maintenance etc. The role involves working with the customers and ensure they get the best out of our products.

15+ years of experience with following requirement

Develop and execute the architectural strategy for WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware (FMW) products, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM, and Oracle WebCenter.
Design scalable, secure, and high-availability architectures for WebLogic and FMW deployments to meet enterprise requirements.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and best practices into architectural solutions.

Lead the integration of WebLogic Server with other enterprise systems, databases, and middleware technologies.
Optimize configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability, including tuning JVMs, server settings, and FMW components.
Implement and manage high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for WebLogic and FMW environments.

Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for WebLogic and FMW implementations.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards and policies.

Lead and manage architectural design and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues related to WebLogic Server and FMW products.

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends related to WebLogic, FMW, and enterprise middleware solutions.
Promote and implement innovative solutions to address evolving business needs and enhance system performance.

Deep knowledge of WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware products, including their architecture, administration, and best practices.
Strong expertise in Unix/Linux operating systems, scripting, and automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Good knowledge with cloud environments, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
